I would love to be part of your adventure elopement. Want to hike to a mountain overlook in your wedding attire? Sign me up. Celebrate by a lake after you say your vows? That sounds amazing.
No adventure is too wild and no idea is off the table. Elopements and micro weddings are about creating an experience that feels exciting, personal, and unforgettable — and I’m all in.
I’m here to help you plan your day, keep things easy and fun, and create incredible images you’ll love for a lifetime.
With nearly 20 years of experience photographing elopements and weddings — and a life spent skiing, hiking, traveling, and working in some pretty wild places — I bring more than just a camera. I’ll help with location ideas, permits, timelines, and all the logistics that go into planning your elopement or micro wedding, then show up on your day ready to guide you, keep things fun, and capture it all as it unfolds.
Working together is a big part of your elopement or micro wedding experience — and that’s something I care deeply about.
Elopements often mean spending a full day together: driving through the park, hiking, exploring, sharing stories, and soaking it all in. What I hear again and again from couples is how quickly everything feels easy — nerves fade, laughter takes over, and the day flows naturally from one great moment to the next.
I bring a calm, confident presence and a lot of positive energy. I’m a mountain girl through and through — a skier, hiker, biker, and lifelong explorer who has spent months at a time traveling and living outdoors all over the world. That experience shows up in how smoothly the day runs, how comfortable I am in wild places, and how prepared I am for anything the mountains throw our way.
I also pay close attention to people — how they’re feeling, what they need, and when to slow things down or bring the energy up. I care deeply about the people I photograph, and I want you to feel supported, comfortable, and genuinely cared for from start to finish.
By the end of the day, I’m usually muddy, soaking wet, and covered in whatever the mountains throw at me — because I’ll kneel, lay down, or wade wherever I need to in order to get the shot. Half the time I don’t even realize I’m waist-deep in the water until I get the photo and think, wait… how did I get this far into the lake? It’s something clients comment on all the time, and it always makes me laugh.
I come with tons of ideas and a clear plan, but I’m never attached to doing things only one way. If you have ideas, I’m all in — some of the best moments happen when we build the day together. I don’t take myself too seriously, I’m not easily embarrassed, and I’m always happy to laugh at myself along the way.
More often than not, we end the day sitting somewhere beautiful, laughing about how fast it all went by and not quite ready for it to be over. You don’t have to worry about a thing — I’ve got it all handled. You get to be fully present, have an incredible experience, and walk away with photos that bring you right back to how it felt.
