Jasi & Jeff’s Whitefish Mountain Resort Wedding

Some couples bring the party with them everywhere they go — Jasi and Jeff are 100% that couple. Their destination wedding at Whitefish Mountain Resort was one of those days that people will be talking about for years.

First Look at the Lodge at Whitefish Lake

The day started at The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, where Jasi and Jeff shared their first look together. Jeff looked rad in his green suit, and Jasi was absolutely stunning — her colorful bouquet of reds, yellows, purples, and pinks popped  against the blue waters of Whitefish Lake. A little later, their dog Lily joined in for photos and completely stole the show with her adorable face. No doubt she’s every bit a part of the family. After that, we headed to the mountain and hopped on Chair 1 for the ride to the summit. The light at the summit was amazing..... truly a photographers dream!  

A Rain-Soaked Ceremony at the Summit

There was only a 1% chance of rain at 6:00 p.m. when their ceremony started. Naturally, that 1% showed up in full force. From 6:00 to 6:20, it poured. Most couples might panic, but not these two. Jasi was laughing, Jeff was cracking jokes, and their guests embraced the chaos right along with them. By the end of it, everyone was soaked, smiling, and totally in the moment.

The Ride Down the Mountain

When the ceremony wrapped up, everyone hopped back on the chairlift for the ride down to the Base Lodge.  By then, the skies had cleared, opening up those classic Montana big-sky views of the valley below.

After riding the chairlift down, Jasi and Jeff made their grand entrance on the patio of the Base Lodge. Dinner was served, glasses were raised, and once the music started, the party was on. The dance floor stayed busy, and the celebration carried late into the night.

Taking the Fun Into the Mountains

A few days later, I met back up with Jasi and Jeff for an adventure session in Glacier National Park.

 Some couples just make your job so easy and fun — Jasi and Jeff are absolutely that couple. Days like this remind me why I love what I do, because photographing them was nonstop smiles, laughter, and fun. Every single moment with them was a highlight.

Why I’ll Always Remember These Two

Between the rain-soaked ceremony, the chairlift rides, the awesome conversations, their dog’s excited cameo at the lodge, and the laughs that didn’t stop all weekend, Jasi and Jeff’s wedding and adventure session were unforgettable.
