A little about me:

First and foremost, I am crazy in love with my family. Mountain Life Photography is truly a family business run by me, my partner Artie and our newest and youngest photographer, our son Bodhi. I cry at weddings- it's true. I am the definition of an extrovert.....no one is a stranger in my book! I am always happy. I have an unlimited amount of energy (no off button) it is a blessing and a curse.

I am an avid Mountain Biker, Skier and lover of all things adventurous. My favorite country to travel to is Nepal.

My motto is ' I only take amazing photos!' And I promise I will do the same for you!

I have photographed over 300 weddings and elopements and 1000's of couples portraits. I am really excited to meet you and create some amazing memories that will last a lifetime.

I love what I do and I am really REALLY good at it. Quality comes with experience and with over 20 years of shooting, I guarantee you will be blown away from the entire experience with me as your photographer.

When I'm not capturing the moments of your wedding day, I am focused on family portraits and our contract with Whitefish Mountain Resort as the sole, on mountain activity photographers. I have an intimate and working knowledge of Whitefish Mountain Resort, Glacier National Park and the Flathead Valley. Photography is all I do. There is not a day that goes by that I do not take a picture in some professional capacity.

A little about wedding packages:

All wedding packages include unlimited consultations, day of photo coordination, fully edited images, print release, digital downloads, access to an online gallery with social media sharing options, and me as your lead photographer. I also create a beautiful blog and a social media story highlighting your special day!

I also create a breathtaking slideshow that is displayed at the reception. Images from the day are displayed on a 21 inch Mac computer and play through out the evening while guests gather with champagne in hand. This is an absolute highlight at ever wedding.

I have never been to Montana, can you help with locations, permits and other planning concerns?: Yes, yes and YES! I absolutely can help with all of your planning needs! Locations- I have my favorite spots for sure and can fill you in with all the details. Permits, officiants, cake, lodging even hike ideas, I am here for you, like your personal dream wedding/vacation planner! I have worked with a lot of different vendors in the area and can totally help with choosing the Who, Whats, Whens and wheres!
I am not very comfortable in front of the camera, do you provide direction?: For sure! Almost everyone says this to me before we meet and by the end of the day, couples are working the lens like it is their job! I totally give direction and help you relax, creating amazing breathtaking images that look completely candid.
How long does it take before I receive my images?: I have a very fast turn around time with the proofs and edits. Proofs arrive just 2 weeks after your wedding day and final edits are done in only 30 days once you have made your selection. I typically have the proofs and the edits done even faster! I know how exciting it is to get the images in hand.
How do I receive the final images?: You will receive a link to DROPBOX with ALL the proofs in full resolution jpeg format as well as a link to our proofing site. Typically 300-500 proofs.

You will be able to select your favorite images from our very user friendly proofing site. I will then edit your final images and make them even more spectacular than the proofs. The proofs are, however, full resolution and can be made into prints and enlargements but the edits will simply make the final images look picture perfect! I provide ALL your favorite images in color, black and white and with really cool artistic special effects edits.
How do I book you and reserve the date?: Fingers crossed I am available as I would LOVE to be a part of your day. If I am free, then let's get to the booking part! I require 25% of the total for a deposit to hold the date. This can be paid via VENMO, personal check or credit card, what ever works for you. Once the deposit is received then I am all yours- let's start planning!
